Employment Assistant Counselling (EAP)

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a psychological service provided to support the emotional and psychological wellbeing of your employees both in the workplace and in their personal lives. An EAP can assist workplaces adopt a culture of care and can help improve performance and attendance.

Studies have shown that generally between 10-15% of employees will take advantage of an EAP program. Our packages are designed to provide you with a cost-effective way to support your employees’ mental health.

Any employees booking in will be given an ID case number to ensure confidentiality and data will be collected to give provide you with a six-monthly report that may assist your business in further supporting your employee’s mental health.

CRITICAL INCIDENT RESPONSE SERVICES

The right response to any critical incident greatly affects long term wellbeing. We can offer onsite psychological assistance to your employees when they need it most. Our team can provide same day or next day onsite workplace support for the length of time your organisation requires, covering a wide range of incidents with expertise and care.

WELLBEING CHECKS

Wellbeing checks can be delivered onsite or via telehealth. We will send each participant several questionnaires to fill out and following a session with each participant we will provide a written plan which includes recommendations.
